Philip has been bugging me ever since he started this site to get on and post so here goes. I don't usually take the time to do this sort of stuff because I am a big fan of paper, pen and stamps. But that hasn't happened in a very long time.
I am working hard to help out with the family budget. I babysit about 2 days a week for a cutie little girl named Eve who is 1 year old and sometimes her sister Nora (5) when she is home from school. They are a bundle of energy as Eve is just starting to walk and Nora wants all the attention. I love it though. I have just accepted the team lead position at Jamba Juice and will begin training next week. I like it there and the job is fun.
I restarted my home business after taking the summer to focus on the Guate mission trip. I am going to do my best to keep it going and make this business a success. I like the food and I enjoy hosting shows and the fun we have at the parties.
I am starting to fund raise for the mission trip to Africa in April - yes Africa. I will be joining with several other women (pray for men to join the team so Clark is not alone) to work with a tribe in Ghana. The Chief of this tribe has attended our church for several years and we have supported his village in many ways. This will be the first "team" to go and work locally with the villagers. I can't wait. I start fund raising this month and will have at least one every month until I go. I will keep everyone posted on that.
Okay, I think that is all I can do right now. My wrists hurt.
Can't wait to see you all (except the Dowells) in November!
